“Hurry up, Lexi, he’ll be here in just a few minutes,” her mother called from the living room.

“Ok, ok!” Lexi said and looked down. He’d be there in just a few minutes and she was still in her underwear. She whimpered and looked in her closet.

“What am I going to wear?” A dress, maybe? She pulled out the only dress she owned. A purple monstrosity with a collar looked like an over-sized polo shirt and made her look like Barney. She rolled her eyes and tossed the dress as far as she could over her shoulder. She raked a hand in her hair and sighed. What does a girl wear on a date with her fantasy? This was not a jeans and t-shirt situation. This was a dress to kill situation. She inwardly laughed. Her…dress to kill? Yeah, right. She’d be lucky if he didn’t take one look at her and run away screaming. Not that she was butt ugly; she was attractive in a milkmaid kind of way. Creamy skin littered with freckles from working on her family’s dairy farm in the sun her whole life, sun-streaked light brown hair that was cut into layers and hung down past her shoulders, gray eyes, average height and an average body. She picked up a pair of jeans and whimpered again when she looked at the size. She was a size 12. She shrugged and slid on the stonewashed jeans. She tied the red suede lacing up the sides of the legs and put the matching belt on. She looked through her blouses and decided on a red top with bell sleeves and tan accents. She pulled on some lace-up tan boots and fixed her hair. She did it four ways before cursing and deciding to leave it down with the sides up with bobby pins. A little makeup and she was done.

She walked into the living room and sat down on the couch. She glanced at her watch. It was almost time for him to be there.

If someone had told the 19 year old that when she entered that contest that she would have any chance in hell of winning it out of the millions that entered, she would have laughed at them, but there she was, waiting for the wrestler of her choice to knock on her door. The contest in itself was simple enough. Describe your favorite wrestler in two words. She filled out the entry form on the website and put it the answer box: Deliciously Irresistible. Somehow, she either made someone laugh or it was just the luck of the draw. Either way was good enough for her. She had won a date with Chris Jericho.

But now she was one huge nerve. She started fidgeting with her fingers and glancing at every timekeeper in the room. She walked over to her mother and looked at her watch and paced.

“Lexi, would you calm down?” Her mother laughed. “You’re acting more wound up then a wet bee.”

“Mom!” Lexi sighed. “This is Chris Jericho we’re talking about here!”

“I wasn’t talking about him,” her mother pointed out.

Lexi bit her lip and paced more. She sat down and stood back up and paced more.

“Alexis,” her mother said, “Sit down.”

Lexi whimpered and looked at her watch again. “He’s late.”

“He’s allowed,” her mother said.

“He’s not coming,” Lexi said.

“Then it would be his loss,” her mother said.

Lexi rolled her eyes and snorted. “Yeah, right, whatever, Mom.”

The minutes passed. Lexi paced, sat down, and paced more. A half hour later, there was a knock on the door. Lexi squeaked and started shaking.

“That has to be him!” She squealed. “What do I do? What do I do?”

“You can try answering the door,” her mother said lightly with a laugh.

“Yeah, answering doors is good.” Lexi said. “Answering doors is very good.” She got up, checked herself in the mirror and clenched her fists to stop her hands from shaking. She opened the door and her jaw dropped.

There he was. Her dream. Her fantasy. Chris Jericho. He was looking at her with a soft, amused expression holding a single yellow rose.

“Hi,” he said. “You must be Alexis.”

Lexi nodded slowly and looked him over. Jeans and a light blue pullover, laced boots and his hair was down.

“Chris Jericho,” she sighed and gulped.

“That would be me,” Chris smiled. “Are you ready to go?”

“Ye…ye…yes,” she stuttered and shook the cobwebs from her head. “I’m being rude. Please come in.” She stepped to the side.

Chris stepped inside and Lexi closed the door behind him. There he was, standing right beside her.

“You’re…you’re…” she swallowed. “You’re really here.”

Chris smiled again and held the rose out. “This is for you.”

“Thank you,” Lexi said softly and took the rose. Her fingers slightly touched his and she squeaked softly.

“You’re welcome,” Chris said.

“Can I…” she asked, her voice shaking and reached out.

Chris watched her hand reach out and grinned. “Yes, you can.”

She touched his arm and up his bicep, slightly squeezing it. “You’re real.”

Chris smiled again. “Yes, I’m real and I’m really here.”

Lexi squeaked. “Ok, I’m sorry. I’m a big dork, no, make that a huge dork.”

Chris laughed softly. “Na, not a dork. It’s ok to be nervous. I know I would be too. Are you ready to go?”

Lexi nodded and got her purse.

“Lexi, you know the rules,” her mother said.

“Yes, I know,” Lexi said, blushing. “Midnight or not tonight.”

“That’s right,” her mother said. “Have fun, dear.”

“Yeah,” Lexi said and they walked out the door.

Chris guided her down the stone path with a hand on her back. She could feel the heat from his hand and Lexi inhaled a deep breath to keep from vomiting with nerves. At the end of the path waited a limousine with a driver. That wasn’t a surprise for her. The contest prize was a date with the wrestler of the winner’s choice that included a limo and dinner. The rest was up to the wrestler.

The driver opened the door for them and Chris let Lexi get in first. He inwardly grinned when she bent over and he saw part of her ample cleavage under the v-necked top she was wearing. He got in and slid in beside her. The driver closed the door.

“I thought we’d go into Biloxi for dinner,” Chris said as the limo started pulling away. “I know a nice little restaurant there.”

Lexi nodded and squeaked, “Ok.”

“So tell me about yourself, Alexis,” Chris said.

“Call me Lexi,” Lexi said. “Everyone does.”

Chris nodded with a grin. “Ok, Lexi.”

“Ok,” Lexi smiled nervously. “I’m 19. I go to the local community college.”

“What’s your major?” Chris asked.

“It’s a beauty college,” Lexi said. “I want to own my own salon one day.”

“That’s cool,” Chris nodded. “It’s hard finding a good hairdresser.”

Lexi bit her lip and shrugged, “Not really, but it’s what I want to do.”

“Don’t make excuses for doing what you enjoy doing,” Chris said. “If I did that, I wouldn’t be where I am now.”

“Yeah,” Lexi said. “Um, speaking of hair, I love the haircut.”

Chris smiled, “Thanks.”

Lexi looked out the window and smelled the rose she still had in her hand. She ran it over her cheek and smiled softly. This was something that was definitely going in her scrapbook.

Chris watched her amused as she looked down at the rose and a smile hinted at her lips. She was a cute girl, he thought. He was glad she wasn’t some buck-toothed backwoods hick with facial hair. He knew those were a dime a dozen in Mississippi. He reached out and touched her hand.

She jumped, startled and looked at him. “Sorry, I guess I’m daydreaming or this feels like a daydream. It’s kind of um, weird.”

Chris smiled softly. “Didn’t think that you would win?”

“I guess I had just as much of a chance as any of the other people that entered,” Lexi said with a shrug. She blinked and looked back down.

“Can I ask you a question?” Lexi asked.

“Sure,” Chris said.

“Um, were you made to do this or was you happy to?” Lexi asked.

Chris blinked. “I was asked and I agreed to it. When they were setting the contest up, they went around asking everyone what they thought. I thought it was a good idea. It’s about time the female fans were given something. There are about as many female fans as there are male one and the male fans are always catered to.”

“Where would you be tonight if you weren’t here?” Lexi asked.

“It’s Friday night.” Chris said. “I’d be doing a house show.”

Lexi nodded. “Ok.”

“How long have you been a wrestling fan?” Chris asked.

“Not a really long time,” Lexi said. “A few years maybe. I started watching when a girl friend got me into it. It was around the time you were the Undisputed Champion.”

Chris nodded. “Cool, you started watching at a good time, then.”

Lexi smiled shyly. “Yeah, I guess so.” She looked back down at the rose in her hand.

Chris watched her spin the rose with her fingers nervously. He could tell she was still a little overwhelmed.

“Um, thank you for this,” Lexi said.

Chris smiled softly. “You’re welcome, just like you were the first time you thanked me for it.”

Lexi chuckled lightly. “I didn’t remember if I thanked you or not.”

She twirled the rose again. “No one has ever given me a rose before.”

“Aww,” Chris smiled. “A pretty girl like you must have the guys giving her roses all the time.”

Lexi blushed bright red.

Chris laughed softly. “Sorry, didn’t mean to embarrass you.”

Lexi shook her head. “It’s ok.” She kept her head down and looked up at him.

“I can’t believe I’m sitting in a limo with Chris Jericho.”

Chris picked her shaky hand up and pressed a soft kiss to her knuckle. Lexi squeaked and started shaking even more. Chris looked at her and grinned.

“You are, Lexi,” he said and set her hand in his lap. “I want you to do something for me, ok?”

Lexi nodded slowly and willed her stomach to quit flipping.

“I want you to quit being so nervous. If I’m going to show you a good time, you can’t be nervous or you’re not going to have any fun tonight.” Chris squeezed her hand and kept it in his lap.

“Ok,” Lexi croaked. “I’m just so used to, ya know, watching you on TV and listening to your CDs and reading about you and writing fan fic…” Lexi stopped suddenly and bit her lip, now thoroughly embarrassed and an even deeper shade of red. She couldn’t believe she just said that. He must now think she was come kind of obsessed freak.

To her surprise, Chris chuckled.

“Fan fic?” he asked.

Lexi gulped and slowly nodded. “Yeah.”

“You don’t have me doing things with guys like Mark Henry, do you?” he asked.

Lexi shook her head quickly. “No, just girls.”

Chris nodded. “Ok.”

“So you’re not…” she twisted her free hand sideways back and forth.

Chris shook his head quickly. “Oh no. I like women.”

“Ok, um, there’s a fantasy unbroken,” she said.

Chris laughed. He glanced down at her chest and looked back up at her face.

‘Oh My God,’ she thought. ‘Chris Jericho just checked out my knockers!’ It made her feel proud of them and weird at the same time. She smiled and bit her lip. She inwardly shrugged and shifted in the seat, relaxing against the back and crossing her legs. She gazed out the window.

Chris took advantage of the fact she was looking away to stare at her breasts more.

‘Damn, she’s got a nice rack,’ he thought and looked her over, then went back up to her chest and saw something on her neck, covered by her hair. Impulsively, he reached over and flicked her hair off her shoulder. Lexi turned and looked at him with large eyes. He touched that spot on her neck and realized it was a tiny butterfly tattoo.

“That’s adorable,” he said with a smile.

Lexi smiled. “Thanks.”

“Why on your neck, though?” he asked.

Lexi shrugged. “I don’t know; it just seemed like a nice spot.”

He ran the back of his finger down her neck. “It is a nice spot.”

Lexi smiled and bit her bottom lip again, feeling the heat radiate from him. He got closer to her and moved her head slightly to the side, giving him more room to look at her neck. He looked up at her pink face and smiled softly before gently pressing his lips to the tattoo. Lexi inhaled a sharp intake of breath and felt a shock go all the way down through her body. He lifted up and looked into her heated face.

“It is a nice spot,” Chris repeated gruffly and to his own surprise and hers, he kissed her lips.

Lexi’s breath completely left her. She gave in to the kiss and put her arms around his neck.

Chris could feel her whole body start quivering. He coaxed her down deeper into the seat and parted his lips. She followed suit and let his tongue enter her mouth. She whimpered and clutched his arms as their tongues danced together.

This was the best kiss she’d ever had or probably ever will have so she relished in it and willed it to burn into her memory.

Chris moved his hands down from her neck to her shoulders and over her arms, putting his arms around her and pulling her closer to him. Her breasts were pressing against his chest and she moaned under his lips. Keeping one arm around her, he moved a hand and ran it down her arm to her side. He grazed the side of her breast and she jerked her head back, shocked.

She looked at him with big eyes. He smiled softly and kissed her again, gently caressing the same breast and moving down her neck with his lips. He moved back up to her lips and kissed her again.

She opened her eyes wide. She was letting him feel her up and kiss her like this and they just met! He must think she was some kind of a trollop! She pushed him off and looked at him horrified.

Chris cringed and said, “I’m so sorry, Lexi. I shouldn’t have done that. Smack me.” He patted his cheek. “Here, go ahead and pop me one.”

Lexi gulped and shook her head. “No, it’s just that I was afraid that if it got even farther, you would think I was a slut or something.”

Chris shook his head. “No, I don’t think that.”

Lexi swallowed and looked down. He had unbuttoned the first three buttons on her blouse and she didn’t even realize it. Her black bra was showing and she almost fainted from embarrassment. She quickly buttoned her top and looked out the window, shaking her crossed leg.

Chris watched her and inwardly groaned. What the hell had gotten into him? It hadn’t been *that* long since he’d been with a woman – had it?

“Lexi,” Chris said. “I’m so sorry.”

She turned her head to look at him. “It’s ok.”

“I really don’t know what’s gotten into me,” Chris said. “I *never* do this.”

“Do what?” Lexi asked.

“Mess around with the fans,” Chris answered. “Maybe you’re just so damned cute, I couldn’t stop myself.”

Lexi blushed. “You think I’m cute?”

“Yeah,” Chris said simply. “I do.”

Lexi bit her bottom lip. “Thanks.”

“That option to smack me is still open,” Chris said.

Lexi chuckled. “Maybe later.”

Chris grinned. She was relaxing, making jokes. Good. Her nerves were about to drive him insane.

“You saw my bra,” Lexi deadpanned.

Chris looked at her with slight confusion. “Yeah, so?”

“Chris Jericho just saw my bra,” she said with an almost amazed tone.

Chris ran his hand in his hair and looked at her with arched brows. “Are we still stuck on who I am?”

Lexi didn’t hear him; she was too busy looking down at the floor with big eyes. “Chris Jericho kissed me and felt me up, then saw my bra. Am I dead?”

Chris leaned back in the seat and put his head in his hands, silently groaning.

“I think I am,” Lexi said with a nod. “I must be.” She looked at him and narrowed her eyes. “Are you sure you’re Chris Jericho?”

Chris lifted his head and looked at her. “I sure as hell hope so, because if I’m not, I put on the wrong underwear this morning.”

Lexi started laughing; a hard, rolling laugh that made her clutch her stomach and leaned back into the seat. Chris looked at her and arched his brows in surprise.

Lexi calmed down and looked at him with a smile. “You saw mine, I should make you show me yours.”

Chris chuckled. “Ok.”

“Huh?” Lexi asked, surprised.

Chris smirked and lifted his hips up out of the seat. Lexi watched as he unzipped and pulled his jeans down slightly.

Lexi laughed. “Tightie whities?”

“What did you expect – a thong?” Chris asked and fixed his pants.

“Well, I didn’t know what to expect,” Lexi said. “But I was kinda hoping you went commando.”

Chris narrowed his eyes at her with a smirk. “Sorry.”

Lexi laughed with a shrug. “A girl can dream, can’t she?”

Chris smiled. “Sure, why not?”

Lexi looked down and saw Chris’s shirt was up, showing the area just below his navel. “Can I?” she asked with a shaky voice, leaning towards him.

“Can you…” he started to ask and stopped when he felt her lips on his skin. He started breathing heavily and put his hand in her hair. She pulled his shirt up and licked his navel, going in it and all around it. He twisted his hips and closed his eyes, enjoying what she was doing. His jeans got tight all of a sudden just as she was lifting up.

She looked at his reddish face. “I’ve always wanted to do that.”

Chris blinked and grinned. “You didn’t have to stop.”

“Yes, I did,” she said.

“Why?” Chris asked.

“Because the car stopped,” she said.

“Oh,” Chris said and sat up. He pulled his shirt down and inhaled some deep breaths to try to lower the totem pole that erected itself in his pants. The driver opened the door and Chris got out. He gave Lexi his hand to help her get out. He still held on to it as they walked into the restaurant. They were seated outside on a pier that overlooked the ocean. Chris pulled her chair out for her and after she sat down, he sat down beside her. They ordered their drinks and were given menus, and then the hostess left.

“This is a nice place,” Lexi commented.

Chris nodded. “Yeah, it is.”

“How did you know about it?” Lexi asked.

“Honestly, I found it online,” Chris said. “It looked like a good date restaurant.”

Lexi smiled softly. “You put a lot of effort on this, didn’t you?”

Chris nodded. “Somewhat, yes.”

“That’s so sweet,” Lexi said.

“Well, I didn’t want to get down here with no clue as to what we were going to be doing,” Chris said. “That would waste time.”

“Maybe,” Lexi smiled and touched his hand. “But it was still sweet.”

Chris turned his hand and held hers. He moved it to where their hands would sit on his leg and smiled softly at her.

“Can I…” he started to ask and leaned over. Lexi smiled and nodded slightly right before Chris’s lips softly touched hers. He gently pressed his lips on hers and lifted up with a grin. He quickly popped her lips again and sat back up.

Lexi smiled and bit her lip, then looked down at the menu.

“Still nervous?” Chris asked her.

“Na,” Lexi said with a laugh. “I figure after a guy has seen my bra while I’m still wearing it, then there’s no reason to be nervous.”

Chris chuckled. “I see.” He leaned over and got close to her ear. He whispered, “It was a nice bra, by the way.” He quickly kissed her cheek and sat back up.

Lexi shook her head with a grin and a slight blush, and then went back to looking at her menu. A waitress came over and sat their drinks down. Chris asked her to give them a couple more minutes.

“I didn’t realize this place was a seafood restaurant,” Chris said. “I hope that’s ok.”

“It’s fine. We eat a lot of beef at home, so this is a nice change of pace,” Lexi said.

Chris nodded. “So what do you think looks good?”

“Everything,” Lexi said with a laugh. “I’ve been nervous all day and haven’t eaten a thing.”

“That makes two of us,” Chris said. “I flew in from home, but the plane was late and then there were problems trying to land. It was a mess. That’s why I was late picking you up.”

“I thought there was a good reason,” Lexi said.

“Did you?” Chris asked.

“Um, no,” Lexi said. “I lied. I thought you had stood me up.”

Chris laughed. “Thank you for that vote of confidence.”

“I’m sorry,” Lexi said and bit her lip. “But I did.”

Chris grinned. “That’s ok. I’d probably think the same thing. I’d be like, ‘Where’s that ass at? He was supposed to be here by now’.”

Lexi laughed. “Na, I couldn’t call you an ass.”

Chris laughed. The waitress came back and they ordered, then she took their menus and left. They sat in a comfortable silence and Lexi played with her straw.

“Ya know,” Lexi said, breaking the silence. “I was kind of relieved that you’re nothing like your character. He *is* an ass.”

Chris laughed. “Yeah, he is, but pissing people off is what he’s supposed to do. I was kind of surprised you picked me, because there was only one winner for the whole contest and I thought the winner would choose one of the baby faces.”

“As soon as I entered that contest, I knew who I was gunning for,” Lexi said. “For me, there was no other choice.” She grinned and added, “I’ve always had a thing for the bad boys anyway.”

Chris smiled and asked, “What did you put down for your entry?”

Lexi snickered. “Deliciously Irresistible.”

Chris’s brows went up and he laughed. “Ok, that’s, um…new.”

Lexi laughed again and sipped her iced tea. “It sort of just popped in my head.”

“Well, it worked,” Chris said.

“Yeah,” Lexi said.

Silence. Lexi played with her straw and Chris leaned back into his chair and rubbed the hand he was still holding with his thumb. Lexi looked at him, blushed slightly and smiled.

“So do you like wrestling?” Lexi asked, trying to think of something to spark up some sort of conversation.

“Oh yeah,” Chris said. “I love it.”

Lexi nodded and looked away out towards the ocean. “Look, dolphins.”

Chris sat up straight and looked out towards where Lexi was looking. There was a school of dolphins playing around and dancing with each other near the surf. Lexi smiled brightly and laughed. Chris smiled, watching the dolphins, and then watching her watch them.

“Adorable,” Chris said.

“Yeah,” Lexi agreed.

“I wasn’t talking about the dolphins,” Chris said.

Lexi turned and looked at him, then smiled, blushing. Chris smiled softly back and touched her face with his free hand. He leaned in and Lexi leaned in towards him. He softly kissed her and pulled back with a smile. Lexi smiled, biting her lower lip and turned to watch the ocean again.

Chris looked at her with small eyes. There was something about this girl and he was sure it wasn’t just his overactive hormones thinking. Maybe it was the way she looked when she opened the door and found him standing there. She looked completely shocked and in awe. Maybe it was the way she kept blushing when he looked at her or when gave her the smallest of compliments. He looked down and peered into her top. Then again, maybe it was the hormones doing his thinking for him.

It’d been months since he had a real date, or even met a girl he was interested in taking on a date. Her hand felt warm in his and he rubbed it again with his thumb. Her skin was soft, like satin. He inwardly groaned.

‘Stop it, Jericho,” he told himself. ‘She’s a fan. The only reason you’re here now is because she won a contest.’ She shifted in her seat, giving him a full view of her left breast if he looked down her top the right way, which he did. He bit the inside of his lip and inwardly admonished himself to stop.

But he couldn’t. The scene in the limo popped back up in his head and he remembered how that full breast felt in his hand.

‘Fuck!’ he yelled in his head. He let go of her hand and got up. She turned her head and looked up at him.

“I have to go to the men’s room,” he said. “I’ll be right back.”

Lexi nodded and he walked away. She looked down at her iced tea and fiddled with her straw again. She needed to start paying him more attention. Nerves be damned. She was in a position millions of girls dreamed about. She needed to start acting like she was interested in what was going on.

Chris splashed some cold water on his face and looked into the mirror. “You’d better start treating her just like any other fan and quit looking down her shirt, you pervert. You can’t mess with a fan.” He furrowed his brows together and asked himself why not. All of the other guys did. What made him any different? Integrity? Morals? He inhaled a deep breath. She was an adult. He was an adult. Two consenting adults can do what ever the hell they wanted to, right? Wrong. She was a fan, a contest winner and he was the prize. He couldn’t mess with her. Quit kissing her. Quit holding her hand. Quit looking down her top. She was a fan, pure and simple and he couldn’t screw around with her. That was the bottom line. He dried his face and walked out the door.

He got back to the table and sat down across from her. She looked at him kind of confused, but didn’t ask any questions.

The waitress brought their order and set it down, then left. Lexi crossed her legs under the table, her foot brushing up against his leg. He tried to ignore it and started eating. They ate in an almost tense silence.

“So, um,” Chris started, breaking it. “What would you like to do after we get done here?” Lexi shrugged. “I don’t know. How about we take a walk on the beach?”

Chris thought for a split second. That could either be romantic or platonic. He decided on the latter and nodded. “Ok.”

“I think that maybe I should just go home, though,” Lexi said.

Chris looked at her surprised. “Why?”

“Because this tension between us a real downer,” Lexi said. “We were talking and laughing in the limo, but when we got in here, it was like everything just died. This is a date, it’s a won date, but it *is* a date and we should be having fun, not trying to breathe through tension.”

“You’re right,” Chris said. “There is a tension here and I don’t even know why. So let’s do this – just relax and enjoy each other’s company. You quit being so nervous and I’ll get my head out of my ass.”

Lexi nodded. “Sounds good to me.”

Chris grinned. “Good.”

“Besides, after what happened in the limo, I’m not the least bit nervous anymore,” Lexi shrugged.

Chris’s brows shot up. “Ok.”

“Why did you kiss my neck?” she asked.

Chris blinked rapidly trying to think of an answer. He couldn’t think of one that didn’t sound dumb, so he just shrugged and said, “I don’t know. Why? You didn’t like it?”

“No, it’s was ok,” Lexi paused, humming. “No, better than ok, but it kind of shocked me a bit.”

“Never been kissed on your neck?” Chris asked.

“Yeah,” Lexi said, looking at him like he grew an extra head. “What do you think I am - some little innocent virgin? I’m not.”

“Ok,” Chris said.

“Just because I grew up on a farm doesn’t mean I haven’t had sex,” she said bluntly.

“I didn’t say it did,” Chris said.

Lexi nodded and looked down at her plate to continue eating.

“What was it like, growing up on a farm?” Chris asked after a few minutes.

“I don’t know any other way of growing up, so I really can’t answer that question,” Lexi said. “I guess it *is* a bit different. I had to get up at 5 am every morning to gather eggs and feed the chickens every day since I was 6, then as I got older, I had to help take care of the cows. When I reached 10, I was taught how to use the milker and birth calves. The first time I had to do that, I got *so* sick, I couldn’t eat for days. Now it doesn’t bother me. I can birth a calf and eat lunch while watching it come out.”

Chris cringed. “That’s disgusting.”

“That’s farm life,” Lexi countered. “Can’t have a week stomach living on a dairy farm.”

“Is that what kind of farm it is?” Chris asked.

“Yeah,” Lexi said. “We do breed other things, like chickens and pigs, but that’s just for us. We grow some vegetables, but that’s only for us, friends and family. The cows sustain the rest of our needs. What about you?”

“What about me?” Chris asked.

“How did you grow up?” Lexi asked.

“Normal childhood,” Chris said. “Nothing to exciting.”

“I think Daddy would have liked you,” Lexi said. “He was still out tending to the cows when you came to pick me up, so he couldn’t meet you.”

“That’s too bad,” Chris said. “Can I ask you a question?”

“I don’t know,” Lexi said and asked with a slight grin, “Can you?”

Chris chuckled, “Anyway. How old are you?”

“I’m 19,” Lexi said, looking at him like he was an idiot again. “I told you that already.”

“Oh,” Chris said. “Ok, but you’re 19 and you still call your father ‘Daddy’?”

“Southern girls always call their fathers ‘Daddy’,” Lexi said. “Until the day they die.”

Chris nodded slowly, “Ok, sorry.”

Lexi shrugged and picked up her iced tea. “A Yankee wouldn’t know that.”

“I’m Canadian, not a Yankee,” Chris said.

“But you were born in New York, right?” Lexi asked.

Chris blinked in surprise. “Yeah.”

“So that makes you a Yankee,” Lexi said.

“Ok,” Chris said.

“Not that there’s anything wrong with being a Yankee,” Lexi said. “It’s just a different thing.”

Chris nodded. “I see.”

Lexi sipped her tea and thought, ‘Shut up, Lexi, the next thing you know, you’ll be talking about The Civil War. How boring can one person be?’

She set her glass down and said, “So, talk.”

Chris chuckled. “Ok, what would you like me to say?”

“I don’t know,” Lexi shrugged. “Anything.”

Chris swallowed the bite in his mouth and smirked. “Anything.”

Lexi looked at him with narrow eyes and laughed. “Smartass.”

Chris shrugged with a laugh.

“So can you give me some good gossip?” Lexi asked.

Chris’s brows rose. “Um, I don’t think that’s a good idea.”

“How come?” she asked and added, “It’s not like I’m going to tell anyone.”

Chris hummed thoughtfully for a second. “Promise?”

“Promise,” Lexi said with a smile and did a mock Boy Scout salute.

Chris laughed softly and said, “Ok, but if any of this gets out, my ass is grass.”

“And the guys will be lawnmowers?” Lexi asked with large eyes full of laughter.

“Exactly,” Chris said with a chuckle.

“Ok, so come on,” Lexi said with a smile. “Who has the teeniest pecker in the locker room?”

Chris rolled his eyes. He should have known she would ask something like that. He laughed. “I do.”

“Very funny,” Lexi deadpanned. “I saw that tent in your pants in the limo, so I know that’s not true.”

Chris’s face got hot and he shrugged it off. “Ok, I don’t know.”

“Huh?” she asked.

“I always look straight ahead in the shower and I never look at them out in the open,” Chris explained.

“Damn,” Lexi said. “I was kind of hoping it would be Trips.”

Chris laughed. “Why?”

“Because well, he seems like the type that doesn’t have one *at* all.” Lexi said. “Although, I’ve always wondered if it was true about the nose slash dick thing.”

Chris shrugged. “I don’t know.”

“Damn,” Lexi cursed again. “Anyway, who’s doing who and who wants to do who?”

“Um, let me think,” Chris said and paused a few seconds. He twisted his mouth in thought. He could make stuff up. Like she would know any difference? He mentally shrugged. Why the hell not?

“Shane Helms is doing Christian,” Chris said.

Lexi nearly choked on her food in shock. She coughed and looked at Chris with big eyes.

“Are you ok?” Chris asked.

She nodded, patting her chest. “Yeah. Are you serious?”

Chris nodded. “Yeah.”

“Oh my God,” Lexi said. “You wouldn’t think *those* two guys would be gay!”

“Why not?” he asked.

“Because Shane Helms, from what I hear is a *huge* horndog,” Lexi said.

Chris laughed. “He is.”

“Holy shit,” Lexi said. “And…and…and Christian! He’s like my favorite boy toy after you. I can’t believe he’s…” She trailed off and looked at Chris with a dropped jaw.

Chris laughed again.

“I’ve had like fantasies and stuff of you and him and me…” Lexi clamped her mouth shut and looked away, but she was too shocked to be embarrassed about what she had just blurted out.

Chris laughed again, loving how she was reacting to this. It was too good not to laugh at. She was completely in awe and soaking up his story like a dry flower in the rain.

“Oh my God,” she mumbled. She slowly looked up at Chris and asked, “Did I just say what I think I just said?”

Chris nodded slowly with a smirk. “Yes.”

“Oh my God,” she mumbled again, turned beet red and put her face in her hands.

Chris laughed. “Lexi, it’s ok. I’ve heard much worse.”

She looked up at him with embarrassment. “For real?”

Chris nodded. “For real.”

“That makes me feel better,” Lexi said with sarcasm.

Chris grinned. “I tried.”

“Anyway,” Lexi breathed. She looked at Chris’s empty plate and looked at hers. “Are you ready to go?”

“If you are,” Chris said.

“Yeah, let’s go,” Lexi said.

Chris nodded and got up. Lexi got up and they stopped to pay the check and then they went outside to the limo. The driver was leaning against the car waiting on them and opened the door. Chris turned to Lexi.

“Still up for that walk?” he asked.

She shrugged. “Ok.”

“If we’re going to walk on the beach, maybe we should take our shoes off,” Chris suggested. Lexi nodded and squatted down to untie her boots. Chris did the same and after their shoes and socks were off, they put them in the car and Lexi put her purse in there. The driver shut the door and Chris put his hand on her back to guide her down the walkway onto the beach. It was pretty much secluded, which seemed odd to Chris.

“I wonder where everyone is,” he thought aloud.

Lexi shrugged. “Hell if I know.” She looked down at her jeans and squatted down again. She rolled her cuffs up where the suede strings wouldn’t get wet. Chris noticed another tattoo, a small rose vine, around her left ankle and a gold toe ring on that foot, along with chipped blue nail polish.

He grinned and shook his head. “Another tattoo.”

Lexi looked up at him and smirked. “Told you I wasn’t some innocent farm girl.”

“That you did,” Chris nodded. “Any more?”

“Just one,” Lexi said and turned around. She lifted her shirt, showing him a tribal heart band on her lower back.

“That’s pretty,” Chris said.

She turned and looked at him, lowering her shirt. “Thanks.” They started walking.

“I’ll probably regret it when I’m 60 and have all of these awful looking ink blotches on me,” Lexi said.

Chris laughed. “By then, you’ll be such a successful business owner that you won’t care.”

Lexi smiled. “Thanks for the shot of confidence.”

“Everyone needs a little encouragement every now and then,” Chris said.

“Yeah,” Lexi said. “What about you?”

“What about me?” Chris asked.

“Do you have any tats?” she asked.

Chris shook his head, “Na, I’m a tat-free person.”

“That’s kind of strange, considering what line of work you’re in,” Lexi commented. “I know most of the wrestlers have tats.”

Chris nodded. “Yeah.”

“Why don’t you have any?” she asked.

“Just not my thing,” Chris said.

“Ink isn’t for every one,” Lexi said. They got down to the water and started walking along the surf.

“So do you get along with everyone?” she asked.

“That’s impossible,” Chris said. “There’s too many sensitive egos in the locker room. Sometimes, you can’t even say something casual without getting your head bitten off.”

“Damn,” Lexi said. “And here I thought that company was like one huge happy family.”

Chris shook his head. “Nope. It’s a workplace, just like any other, except for the fact that we all fall on our heads for our paychecks.”

“Have you ever been hurt?” she asked.

“Oh yeah,” Chris said. “I’ve had ankle injuries, shoulder injuries, a broken arm, back problems, concussions, contusions and a lot of other things I don’t care to remember.”

“Damn,” Lexi said again. “That’s one hell of a way to earn a paycheck.”

Chris nodded. “Yeah, but there’s nothing else like it.”

“I’m sure,” Lexi said. They walked along in silence for a while in the surf. Lexi casually put her arm through his and leaned on him. Chris looked down at her and smiled softly, before pulling his arm out and putting it around her.

“You smell good,” Lexi said. “What is that? Polo?”

“Yeah,” Chris said. He looked up and spotted a photo booth. He smiled and took her hand.

”Come on.”

“Where are we going?” Lexi asked, walking along behind him.

“I thought you’d like a little memento,” Chris said as they got to the photo booth.

“Oh,” Lexi said with a smile. “Ok.”

They got in and Chris set it up, then they sat down on the bench and Chris put his arms around her. They smiled and the picture was taken. Chris got it from the slot and handed it to her.

“One more,” Chris said. “For me.”

“You want a picture of me?” she asked, surprised.

Chris grinned. “Is that so hard to believe?”

Lexi just smiled softly, blushed and shrugged. Chris set the machine up again and they posed again. The picture was taken and Chris got the Polaroid from the slot. They got out and Lexi shook her picture until it was developed. She looked down at it and smiled.

“That turned out good,” Lexi said.

“Yeah, very good,” Chris said, looking down at his.

Lexi put hers in her back pocket and looked around. “Damn, we wandered into the fair, it seems like.”

Chris put his picture in his back pocket and looked around. “Yeah, it sure looks that way.”

“We should go back and get our shoes and go walk around,” Lexi suggested and added, “If you want to.”

“Sounds good to me,” Chris said. “But when we get there, let’s get the driver to drive us back.”

Lexi nodded. “That, Chrissie, sounds like a good idea.”

“Chrissie?” Chris asked.

Lexi laughed.

“Chrissie?” Chris asked again, getting another laugh from her.

“That’s, that’s…that’s just horrible!” Chris said. Lexi laughed again.

“Ok, I’m sorry,” she said. “Consider the name forgotten.”

“Thank you,” Chris grinned and took her hand as they walked back to the limo. They got back and Chris told the driver where they were going. They got in and put their shoes and socks back on. As they were bent over, Lexi started giggling. Chris looked at her and grinned.

“What’s so funny?”

Lexi continued to giggle and said, “I was just thinking that you have pretty feet, then I thought about how dorky that it was.”

Chris laughed and shook his head. “I was thinking that about you while we were on the beach.”

“Really?” Lexi asked, tying her shoes.

“Yep,” Chris said.

“Ok, now that’s just weird,” she said with a laugh. She turned her head to look at him. He turned his head at the same time and their forehead crashed.

“Ouch!” Lexi said and grabbed her forehead.

“Are you ok?” Chris asked with a laugh.

“Yeah,” Lexi laughed, rubbing the spot his head hit.

He looked at her with a slight smile and thought, ‘Fuck it.’

“Let me try that again,” he said and leaned in again. He gently kissed her lips. It quickly got deeper and more heated. She whimpered under his lips and let him guide her back. The door opened and Chris quickly got off her, surprised. He got out of the car and glared at the driver.

“How about letting us know when we’ve gotten to where we’re going, assclown!” he said. He turned and held Lexi out of the car.

“Sorry sir,” the driver mumbled.

“Don’t let it happen again,” Chris said and held Lexi’s hand as they walked toward the gate.

Lexi looked at him and laughed. “Now there’s the Chris Jericho I know and love.”

Chris laughed. “Sorry, he pissed me off.”

“I gathered,” Lexi said. They got through the gate and Lexi spotted the Ferris wheel.

“Have you ever been on a Ferris wheel?” she asked.

“Yeah,” Chris said.

“Ok, come on,” Lexi said and motioned to the ride with her head and a grin.

Chris grinned. “Ok.” They walked over and got in line. Lexi cuddled on his arm again and laced her fingers through his. He smiled softly down at her and pecked her lips with his. They got up to the front of the line and were put in a bucket. The wheel moved and Chris looked down.

“You’re not scared of heights, are you?” she asked.

“No,” Chris said, cringed and looked down again as the ride started “I was just thinking this thing doesn’t feel very steady.”

“It feels fine to me,” Lexi said and boldly squeezed his thigh.

Chris turned his head and looked at her with a grin. “Cute.”

Lexi smiled, biting her lower lip and looked away. “This thing really is high up, isn’t it?”

“Yeah,” Chris said and looked at her with a smirk. “Not afraid of heights, are ya?”

Lexi took his hand and scooted closer to him in the seat. She squeaked, “No.”

Chris laughed and put his arm around her. “Just look at me. It’ll be over soon.”

Lexi smiled and nodded. “Ok.” Chris leaned in and kissed her. They continued to kiss the entire length of the ride.

When they got off, Lexi said, “I have to visit the little girl’s room. I’ll be back soon.” Chris nodded and she walked off. Chris looked around and decided to grab a drink. After he got it, he spotted a stuffed dolphin being offered as a prize for a game. He grinned and walked over.

“How much for the dolphin?” he asked the operator. He wasn’t a dummy. He knew all the games were rigged so players had to pour money on top of money to win anything. The operator told him the price and he handed over the money. He got the dolphin and went to wait for Lexi. She came out and he quickly put it behind his back.

“Sorry it took so long,” Lexi said. “There was a line.”

“No problem,” Chris said and pulled out the stuffed animal from behind his back. “Gave me time to get this for you.”

Lexi’s eyes lit up and she smiled as she took it. “You got this for me?”

“Yep,” Chris said with a grin.

“Thank you,” Lexi said. “How sweet.”

Chris shrugged. “I thought you’d like it.” He looked at her smiling down at the toy and playing with the fabric bow around its neck.

“Stay with me tonight,” he said, surprising himself.

She looked up at him with shock. “Um, are you sure?”

“Yeah,” Chris said. As soon as he said it, he knew he really was sure he wanted to spend the night with her.

“Why?” he asked.

“Because I know I’m not the kind of girl you would normally go for,” Lexi said. “I’m not amazingly beautiful or even sexy…”

“I think you’re very sexy,” Chris said, cutting her off. “Marilyn Monroe was the sexist woman on earth at one time and she was a size 12.”

“She was?” Lexi asked.

Chris nodded. “Yes she was.”

“I didn’t know that,” Lexi said. “She wore the same size I do.”

Chris smiled softly. “So there ya go.” He got up close to her and put his arms around her waist. He softly kissed her. “What do you say?”

She slowly nodded. “Ok.”

He smiled and took her hand. “Come on, then.”

She nodded and he led her to the limo, where the driver opened the door. Chris told him where they were going and got in behind Lexi. On the ride to his hotel, Lexi clutched his hand and inhaled some deep breaths.

“What’s wrong?” Chris asked.

“I was just trying to contain myself,” Lexi said.

“Now why would you want to do that?” Chris asked with a grin.

Lexi looked at him biting her lip and smiled. Before Chris knew it, she was straddling him and kissing him, rotating her hips on his pelvis. Chris let her over power him and touched her all over, from her hips to her breasts. He unbuttoned her top and opened it all the way, exposing her full, rounded breasts to him. He buried his face in her cleavage and moaned.

“Damn, girl, you have amazing tits,” he said, running his hands over her lace covered mounds.

Lexi moaned and tossed her hair over her shoulder. “You can take that bra off if you want to.”

Chris wiggled his brows and reached behind her. He took the bra off and tossed it on the floor. He ran his hands over her skin and gazed at her nipples.

“Big tits, big nipples,” he muttered and captured one in his mouth.

She moaned and looked down, watching him suck and lick on her nipple. She rocked her hips. “Oh God.”

Chris moved to the other breast and captured that nipple gently with his teeth. She whimpered as he rolled it around and licked the tip between his teeth.

“You’re getting me all wet,” she moaned, rocking her hips.

Chris chuckled and lifted up, popping her nipple out of his mouth. “That’s the idea, baby.”

Lexi grinned as Chris worked her breasts with his hands more.

“You know you can’t tell anyone about this, right?” Chris asked.

“Of course,” Lexi said. “I wouldn’t tell anyone anyway. It’s none of anyone’s business.”

Chris smiled softly. “Good.”

“And besides, who would even believe me?” Lexi asked with a shrug.

Chris concentrated on her breasts, caressing them, massaging them, tweaking her nipples and listening to her moan and feeling her writhe on his lap.

“Sir, we’re almost there,” came a voice over the intercom.

“Good,” Chris mumbled. Lexi got off his lap and fixed her top. She picked her bra up and put it in her purse.

“Ditto,” Lexi mumbled. The car stopped and the driver opened the door. Chris helped Lexi out and told the driver he was done for the night. Chris and Lexi hurried to Chris’s room and he unlocked the door. They got in the room and Chris closed the door behind him just as Lexi threw herself in his arms, her lips on his. She pulled back and got out of her top, then pulled his off, before kissing him again, running her hands down his chest. Chris pulled back and looked at her a few seconds before taking her mouth again and guiding her over to the bed. He laid her down on the bed and fumbled with his jeans. He pulled them down and tried to push his boots off.

“Dammit,” he grumbled and kissed her quickly, before getting up. He got his boots off as Lexi was getting out of her clothes and shoes. He got back on the bed and covered her. He grinned down at her, looking her over. “Very sexy.”

She smiled, blushing. He kissed her and ran his hand up her bare leg. He pulled on her panties and pulled them off, tossing them off the bed. He lifted his lips and looked her over again, touching up the inside of her leg almost all the way to her pubic region. He stopped, resting his hand right near her mound and kissed her again. She rubbed down his chest and pulled on the waistband of his underwear.

She pulled back and smirked. “Show me what’s under those tightie whities.”

Chris chuckled and rolled off her slightly and pulled his underwear down.

She looked at him and mumbled, “Oh my God.”

“See something you like?” he asked.

“Oh yeah,” she said, rolling him on his back. She got on top of him and kissed him, then kissed down his neck to his chest. She licked across his chest to his nipples, sucking and working each one, then licked down the middle of his pects to his abs and stopped at his navel. She licked all around and inside of his naval and moved down. She buried her face in his pubic hair and nuzzled it, moving her hand across his hip and grasping his organ. She got a firm hold on the base and lifted her head.

Chris groaned and his eyes rolled back as she enveloped him with her mouth. He put his hands on either side of her head and lifted her up off him.

“Stop,” he said.

“Why?” she asked.

“If you keep on, this night is going to be extremely short,” he said and guided her up. He rolled her on her back and kissed her neck, then moved down to work on her breasts. She mumbled and wiggled beneath him, opening her legs and arching her back.

“Come on,” she begged. “Please.”

Chris chuckled and positioned himself between her legs. He covered her, putting his weight on his hands and twisting his hips. With one quick thrust, he was buried in her and moving. She mumbled and moaned with every movement.

“Harder,” she mumbled, gripping his arms. He moved rougher, slamming his hips into hers, grunting.

“Oh God,” she moaned, opening her legs even further.

He looked down from her face to her breasts, watching them bounce, and then moved back up to look at her face. It was contorted, her mouth open.

“Are you all right?” he asked, gruffly.

“Oh Chris, don’t stop,” she whimpered. She let go of his arms and tossed him over her head.

“I’ll take that as a yes,” he whispered and slowed down the pace a little bit.

“Faster,” she whispered. He picked the pace up and soon he felt his sac tighten. He slowed down and inhaled a deep breath, trying to hold it back. It didn’t work. He let a loud grunt escape his lips and he shot deep inside her. A few quick thrusts to ride out his orgasm and he rolled off her.

She looked at him in disbelief. “Was that it?”

Chris looked at her confused. “Yeah, that was it.”

“Well, shit,” she said and got up. She went into the bathroom and closed the door.

Chris exhaled a deep breath and frowned. She didn’t come.

“No shit,” she said, coming out of the bathroom.

“Huh?” he asked.

“You said I didn’t come,” Lexi said. “I said no shit.”

Chris propped up on his elbows and looked at her. He slightly shrugged. “Sorry.”

She looked at him with a dropped jaw. “Are you serious?”

“Let me catch my breath and we’ll go again,” he said.

“Don’t bother,” she said and looked around for her clothes.

“What?” he asked, watching her. “Are you leaving?”

“I might as well,” Lexi said. “You’re done, so I guess I have to go home and take are of myself.”

Chris narrowed his eyes and got up. He quickly grabbed her and tossed her back on the bed, crushing her lips with his. She whimpered and tried to get away from him. He had her held tight, though and she couldn’t.

He lifted his head up and looked at her. She had fear in her eyes. He quickly realized what he was doing and got up.

“Oh shit,” he said. “Lexi, I’m so sorry. I would never…”

“It’s ok,” she said, getting up. “You just kinda scared me a little bit when you tossed me. I didn’t know you were that strong.”

He looked away and said, “Um, if you still want to go home, I’ll get you a cab.”

Lexi smiled softly. “I want to stay.”

“Are you sure?” Chris asked.

Lexi nodded. “Yeah, I’m more than sure.”

Chris nodded and sat down next to her. He kissed her bent knee and grinned at her. “I’d like that.”

Lexi smiled again and said, “I’m sorry about the cracks.”

“I can understand the disappointment,” he said. “It’s just it’s been so long for me.”

“For real?” she asked.

“Yeah, for real,” Chris said. “I don’t do the rat thing and I haven’t had a girlfriend in months.”

“Damn,” she said. “And you chose me because why? I’m not a rat and I’m here? Am I just convenient for you?”

“No,” Chris said quickly. “I respect you as a person and I would never do that.”

“Then why?” Lexi asked.

“Because I’m attracted to you physically,” Chris said.

Lexi jaw dropped again. “Ok.”

He looked at her. “Is that so hard to believe?”

“No, I don’t guess,” she said and asked, “It’s the boobs, right?”

Chris laughed.

“Because it’s cool. Men like big boobs and I do have some huge knockers,” she said and cupped her breasts. “I put cows to shame.”

Chris laughed again. “Thank you.”

“For?” Lexi asked, letting her breasts go.

“Lightening the mood,” Chris said and kissed her.

“No problem,” Lexi said when he lifted up.

He smiled. “Wanna go again?”

“Oh yeah,” Lexi smiled.

Chris chuckled and kissed her, rolling her over on her back.

A few hours later, Lexi got out of bed and looked back at a sleeping Chris Jericho. She started getting dressed. Chris mumbled and reached, then lifted up.

“Lexi?”

“Yeah?”

He rolled on his back and looked at her. “Leaving?”

“Yeah, I really should be getting home,” Lexi said.

He looked at the clock. “It’s 2 in the morning.”

“I know,” Lexi said.

“I heard the rules,” Chris said. “Midnight or not tonight.”

“I can get in my bedroom window,” Lexi said. “She always leaves the outside lights on.”

“Lexi, just come back to bed,” Chris said. “I’ll get you home in the morning.”

“No,” Lexi said, shaking her head. “I can’t stay here, Chris.”

“Why not?” he asked.

“Because if I fall asleep with you in your bed, I’m going to start thinking there’s something there when there’s not,” Lexi explained. “I know that it was what it was.”

Chris nodded slowly. “Yeah.”

“You travel and do so much that even if there was something there, nothing would ever come of it,” she said. “We could try, but it would be just too hard. I’d wait by the phone for you to call and you’d visit every now and then when you could. I’d wait patiently for every little thing you’d do. I’d put my life on hold for you and I need more, no, I deserve more than that. We had a great date. We had great sex. That’s the extent of it.”

Chris nodded again slowly. “Yeah.”

She got dressed and gathered her things. She walked to the door and after she placed her hand on the knob, she turned and looked back at him.

“Goodbye, Chris.”

He blinked. “Goodbye, Lexi.”

She took another look at him, inhaled a deep breath and opened the door. She walked out and closed it behind her. She called a cab from the hotel office and waited for it to come. She got home and climbed in her window. She sat down the rose and the stuffed dolphin on her dresser, got out of her clothes into a tank top and some fresh panties, then sat down at her desk and pulled out her scrapbook. She placed the picture on a blank page and wrote the date with a purple glitter pen. She looked at the picture and smiled, blew the ink dry and closed the book.

“Goodbye, Chris Jericho,” she said aloud with a smile. “I’ll never forget this night.” She cut the light off and climbed into bed with a smile on her face.
